Day 1 - Check-In
Arrive and check in to your accommodation
Afteroon - Yoga
We will start the trip with our first yoga session at the foot of the Matterhorn to help prepare and set the mood for the weekend.
Day 2 Morning - Mountain Biking
We will spend most of the day riding with a guide some of the most beautiful single track trails through the mountains with no shortage of different environments and views
Afternoon - Yoga
After the ride, relax with a second session of yoga and time in the wellness center
Wine Tasting and Dinner
End the day with a tasting of local wine and food followed by a dinner with a view of the mountains
Day 3 Morning - Mountain Biking
Spend another morning on the mountain exploring new trails
Afternoon - Departure
Head back to the world refreshed and recharged by a beautiful weekend with friends
